About Me

Emily Anderson is a compassionate and experienced counselor with over 20 years of helping individuals move from feeling stuck to experiencing meaningful change. She holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, bringing a thoughtful, whole-person approach to her work.

Emily is known for her warmth, deep listening, and ability to help clients connect the dots. She offers clarity and perspective that empower people to take their next right step. She believes each person is more than the challenges they face and is capable of growth, healing, and living out their God-given potential.

Her areas of focus include stress management, anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, and faith and spirituality. She is especially passionate about helping clients gain insight, build confidence, and move forward with hope.

Emily is the wife of a Marine Corps veteran and a mother through the adoption of an older child. These experiences have shaped her understanding of resilience and relationships. In her free time, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, taking walks, hosting, and connecting with others.

Emily considers it a privilege to support her clients with compassion, clarity, and encouragement as they navigate life’s challenges.
